Located in the small town of Burgess in the Northern Neck of Virginia, Easy Wind Farm is an independent, family-owned private farm that transforms into an intimate, must-visit live music destination, offering a rare and personal experience that major venues can no longer provide.
Known for its top-notch production and beautiful private grounds with rescued farm animals, the venue fosters a unique, community-focused "good vibes only" atmosphere that attracts talented regional and national Americana, bluegrass, and classic rock artists.
Guests can enhance their experience with on-site camping options (tent, van, or RV), enjoy local food from on-site trucks, and participate in community dinners, making it an unforgettable musical getaway where the owners are committed to preserving the "magic" of live music in a rustic, welcoming setting by treating people right.

What started as a labor of love that Danny and I built with our own hands has grown into a vibrant venue powered by a team of hardworking friends who live this motto every day.
When you’re here, you can expect to be welcomed like family. You’ll meet new friends, dance under open skies, laugh freely, and feel safe to love out loud. Easy Wind Farm is a community of music‑loving, big‑hearted people, and our greatest hope is that you leave feeling inspired, connected, and a little bit wowed."
The Full Story
Danny and I have chased live music our entire lives, spending countless hours traveling huge distances or going right down the road to see our favorite bands. Our shared love of music brought us together in 1989 and keeps us dancing still! When the pandemic hit in 2020 and we couldn't travel anymore, it was a slap in face to see how MUCH music we were missing.
With the realization of how horrible life was without live music, we started throwing the idea around of making something happen here. So with encouragement from friends, we began transforming our farm into a live music venue and hosted our first event in October, 2020.
We welcome national and regional touring acts, and local acts as well. As shown in the picture above, we started using an equipment trailer that we'd bring in and build out for every show. In 2023, we built the 36' stage you see today. We've come a long way!
In addition to providing the BEST music, we also offer camping options, a family friendly environment, late night campfire jams, community and fellowship. There is truly nothing like this in the Northern Neck of VA.

and making it come true for ALL of us.

Tickets: All sales are final. Refunds only for extreme weather or emergency cancellations.

Food & drink: BYOB allowed; food trucks at events; grills and fire rings are welcome.

Pets: Please don’t bring dogs due to insurance and out of respect for our rescue farm dogs.

Parking & ADA: Free parking on neighbor’s property; let the attendant know if ADA access is needed.

Camping: Options for car, tent, small RV, or large RV. Wristband allows in/out privileges.
Giving Back to Our Community
Easy Wind Farm is proud to support the Northumberland County Animal Shelter (NCAS). A percentage of every General Admission ticket sold goes directly to NCAS, and we also host an annual fundraising show to help support their lifesaving work.
Every animal that calls Easy Wind Farm home has been rescued or adopted, and giving back to animals in need is part of who we are. Supporting live music and supporting our community go hand in hand here, and we’re grateful to share that mission with everyone who walks through our gates.
